1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Khushi Travels website and booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of reservation.
• A minimum advance payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of vehicle pickup.
• We accept payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and cash.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancel 72 hours or more before your trip for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the trip will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4 Usage & Conduct

• Passengers must not engage in any behaviour that may endanger the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior due to negligence or misuse. Repair costs will be charged to the booking party.
• Khushi Travels reserves the right to terminate a trip if passenger behaviour is deemed unsafe or unlawful, with no refund provided.

5 Liability & Insurance

• All vehicles are fully insured and covered under comprehensive commercial insurance.
• Khushi Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
• Personal belongings left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the passenger. Khushi Travels will make reasonable efforts to recover lost items but is not liable for loss or damage.

6 Fleet & Vehicle Substitution

While we strive to provide the exact vehicle booked, Khushi Travels reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or higher capacity and quality in case of mechanical failure, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. All features and amenities will be equivalent to the originally booked vehicle.

7 Driver & Trip Rules

• Driver allowances, tolls, parking charges, and state taxes are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated.
• For outstation trips, driver accommodation and meal charges (if applicable) may be additional and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Standard driving hours are 250 km or 10 hours per day, whichever is earlier. Additional kilometres or hours will be charged at prevailing rates.

8 Modifications to Terms

Khushi Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
